Arkanian

Arkanians have a complex history within the galaxy, at one time helping to found the old Republic of Systems before becoming one of the first species to leave it less than a century before its final dissolution. Their adopted homeworld Arkania has been independent, joined the Republic (circa 42 R.C.) and has since sworn allegiance back to the Federation (102 R.C.). The free pursuit Knowledge and research are extremely important to Arkanians. They are not afraid to profit from their research and intelligence and many other species find Arkanians arrogant or aloof. Physically, Arkanians are bipedal humanoids with a near-human appearance. Arkanian eyes have no visible iris or pupil, and are typically stark white in color. They possess four clawed digits, three fingers, and a thumb.
