Telos-4. The Crown Jewel of the Federation. Well- they don't use that name anymore. Not since the Force War halted all terraforming progress on the planet and the two habitation zones became a hot bed of refugees from all over the 'Rim. If you're a Citizen and find work City-side it's no the worst place to live. Telos has abundant resources- they'd have never tried to terraform this place otherwise. Seven worlds in this system, perhaps the richest in the galaxy...if they weren't locked behind political regulations. If Telos 4 is a jewel- it's uncut and buried beneath stone and bureaucracy. Its two population centers are nests of crime and non-citizens too poor and displaced to eek out even a meager living. Way-side - that's what we call the outer city, the 'temporary' 20-year old refugee camps stinking with the air of desperate living. Some call it home, but most would rather live anywhere else.
